How can we help?
Find answers about setting up and running your newsletter. If you do not find what you need, write to us.
Getting started
-
AIBAN turns content you already publish into a recurring newsletter. It reads your website, your blog or news sites you choose, writes new issues in your voice and sends them to your subscribers. Each subscriber reads it in the language they picked.
-
Create an account on the signup page. Setup asks for the address of your site and a few details about your readers. After that you can add subscribers and manage everything from your dashboard.
-
Yes. You can change sources, schedule, sender details and subscribers later in your dashboard. To change your plan, write to info@aiban.news.
Sources and content
-
A source is a web address AIBAN reads for new content, such as your website, your blog or a news site you follow. You add sources in your dashboard. How many you can add depends on your plan.
-
You choose how often it publishes when you set up a source. You can change the schedule later in your dashboard.
-
You describe the personality of your newsletter, or let AIBAN generate a description for you. Issues are written with that description. You can edit it at any time in your dashboard.
Languages
-
Each subscriber picks a preferred language when they sign up. AIBAN translates every issue into that language before sending it.
-
Yes. Use the language button at the bottom right of the screen to switch the language of the site and the dashboard.
Sending under your name
-
Issues go out from AIBAN's sending address with your sender name and email signature, and replies go to your inbox. We do not ask for your email password, so there is nothing of yours to leak.
-
No. AIBAN never asks for your email password or an app password. Issues are sent from AIBAN's address under your name, and replies come to you.
Subscribers and signup widget
-
You can add people one by one in your dashboard or upload a file with your list. People can also join through your signup page or the signup widget.
-
The widget is a signup form you can place on your own website. Visitors enter their email address and pick their language, and they join your list.
-
Each plan has its own subscriber limit. The free plan includes up to 100 subscribers. The pricing page lists the limits of the other plans.
Blog
-
Yes. The articles AIBAN writes for your newsletter are also published as web pages, so people can read them outside their inbox.
-
Yes. In your dashboard you can set up a webhook that sends each newsletter article to your website as a post. It works with WordPress and with any platform that accepts standard REST content.

-
Yes. The free plan includes 1 source and up to 100 subscribers. You can move to a paid plan when you need more.
